Customized Carpets

Most of our wall to wall carpets in Dubai are custom cut and fitted for your space.

Because of this, refunds or returns are usually not possible once the carpet is cut and installed.
When Refunds or Replacements Apply
We will happily offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund if:

The carpet delivered is not what you ordered.

The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

There is an installation issue caused by our team.
Conditions for Claims

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or installation if there’s a problem.

The carpet must be unused (if not installed) and in its original condition.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Normal wear and tear after use.

Damage caused by misuse, stains, or poor maintenance.
